We specialise in working with small to medium sized agencies who need one off or part time help. This way of working can be far more cost effective, and with far less commitment! Whether you need help one day a week or on ad-hoc projects, we have a package to accommodate your needs... and your budget!

At KB Creative, we have over 15 years experience in recruitment and have spent the last seven years working in recruitment marketing for prominent agencies in Australia. We not only truly understand recruitment, we've lived it.

It is an industry with its own unique complexities, and we believe understanding all facets of the industry gives us (and in turn, you!) an edge. It isn't common in our industry to have this experience, so you're getting someone onside who just gets how things work.

We don't outsource, everything is done in-house, so there are no delays and you're talking to the person delivering your work.

We have an eye for detail and are passionate about the little things. We strive for perfection and delivering work that makes you happy, is what makes us happy.

Each project completion timeframe will vary depending on the work's complexities. When we take on projects, we discuss the scope and scale of the project and talk you through each step throughout the process. From here we will agree on an estimated time frame and get straight to work! We understand recruitment is a fast paced industry, so we are committed to getting things done as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent requirement, we can work together to agree on a timeframe that suits you best.
